I hired Patrick to complete two driveway projects. While the work initially appeared to be of good quality, one of the driveways soon developed a couple of holes in the tarmac. I contacted Patrick multiple times, and although he repeatedly assured me he would come and inspect and fix the issue, he never followed through.

Before starting the work, he presented himself as very professional and even provided a 10-year guarantee. Unfortunately, that assurance has proven unreliable.

After completing the second driveway, Patrick offered to repair cracks on the front wall of my house. I had already received a quote of £450 from another professional, but I agreed to pay Patrick £550 since I had already worked with him. This turned out to be a mistake. He sent unqualified workers who not only failed to repair the cracks properly but also damaged the newly completed driveway by spilling paint. They also left paint materials in my bins, which was highly unprofessional.

I raised these issues with Patrick several times. Although he agreed to fix the problems, he never returned to carry out the repairs and has now stopped answering my calls.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious. If you choose to work with him, consider withholding final payment until you are fully satisfied with the work. Also, keep records of all communication—preferably via email—as he appears to delete WhatsApp messages.

If the damage is not repaired, I intend to pursue the matter through the small claims court.

Patrick did two driveways for me at the same time. His commitment was 10 years guarantee. There were issues with both driveways and I have been trying to contact him and he is not answering my calls. My friend called him from a different number and he answered immediately. Therefore he is not a trustworthy worth contractor. I made a mistake not checking his references. Therefore be mindful before giving any job this the Drieway company.

My driveway was done on 8th April with guarantee of 10 years. Within forts week of work the driveway had issues. Multiple patches and holes. Patrick and his workers contacted multiple times but they are not responding. So be careful and don’t trust this company.
